Justice Has Failed, But Judgment Remains

Friday, July 22

Beautiful Florida skies turned to threatening rain storms as we set out on a pilgrimage to the area where little two year old Caylee Anthony was entombed. It was not far from our hotel amazingly, and the jailhouse which housed her mother Casey Anthony was in proximity too. As we drove deeper into the secluded area off the Anthony’s subdivision, sprinkles started. Hannah joined me as we gazed at the makeshift shrine to honor this innocent little girl’s short life. Balloons, stuffed bears, and cute animals grazed the swap-like area. It was overwhelming to view so many tokens of love for this little one, and the heartfelt messages really drove it home. Only hours after the verdict of “not guilty” was declared, lightning struck the tree where her little body was tossed like a piece of garbage.

You could see the missing bark and messages written on the tree in Caylee’s honor. A huge marble and wooden cross bore her name. Another couple was taking pictures and admiring the stuffed animals and balloons. They too could not understand the injustice, but appreciated the display of love by caring people across the continent as we viewed notes and cards from travelers as far as Germany and Ireland. Our little girl began asking, “Why mommy why?” She did not understand how a mommy could hurt her baby and leave her tiny body in a watery bug-infested grave, nor could we, but as adults we realize this happens everyday. This is the inhumane treatment of children. It begins in the womb and ends up out on the streets. Mother Teresa quoted “If we allow a mother to kill her own child how can we tell others not to kill?” We as a society have force-fed violence in the womb as a “choice,” and yet we are shocked to see such inexcusable abuse and neglect of a two year old. The difference is only the location. Caylee was murdered and entombed in her mother’s trunk, and eventually dumped in a swamp-like grave.

Abortion mills torture and murder babies behind closed doors. They are delivered in a toilet to drown or have their necks broken or delivered in pieces. They are usually discarded like trash either in the sewers or landfills, that which is not sold for medical research or cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. Yes, it’s detestable what this little two year old endured. How can anyone harm a child? But we allow it everyday inside abortion mills. Can we make the connection? Or continue in denial? It really is true as they say in real estate, “The location determines the value.” The same can be said of children, unfortunately. What really caught our attention was the big tree at the entrance of Caylee’s watery grave. A sign was posted to trespassers and someone had added to the warning stating “No dumping of innocent beautiful children!!!”

It’s a shame that we cannot protect our children, and yet they are entitled to the same full protection as their mothers. It started sprinkling again. It was a sad place even with the festive colors of balloons and gift wrap; a child was dead, taken from this world far too soon and a baby killer at large. I held Hannah’s little hand a little tighter, and as we turned to walk away she noticed my eyes full of tears. “It’s okay Mommy,” she said. My eye caught a poster which summed our wake for all the innocents: “Justice Has Failed, But Judgment Remains..." I commented to a local woman visiting the sight, “Please, don’t ever let this community forget.”  Maybe, just maybe, God can use this to open our hearts and minds to the senseless act of child-killing and connect the dots.

ABORTIONIST JAMES PENDERGRAFT FOUND “GUILTY”

Back alley abortions have not ended; they just cost more…
July 22, 2011
Written by Angela Michael

As fate would have it, our ministry assignment during Operation Rescue/Operation Save America’s National Event, along with our dear rescuers from Connecticut, was the very same Orlando chop shop that convicted felon James Pendergraft operated: Orlando Women’s Center. The Casey Anthony media-blitzed trial had just ended when Pendergraft’s began which coincided with OR/OSA’s annual event. SWEET! Of course this trial received no coverage as it involved the “A” word. Tsk tsk...
As some of us were outside exposing child-killing with our graphics, other rescuers and prayer warriors were inside the actual courtroom listening to the testimony. Pendergraft was in the news a while back for discrepancies inside his mills and has even been stripped of his medical license; yet, his big time bloody business went on. Pro-life witnesses couldn’t believe their ears with some of the cross-examination and lawyers referring to “babies” and fetal ages. Mr. Pendergraft could only ask to review reports which wasted more courtroom time, and at several junctures ticked the judge off. “No protocol,” was Pendergraft’s response to several questions from prosecutors. He didn’t even make sense with his answers. The abortionist just ran his mouth in circles. The judge in one instance just screamed, “Just answer the question, yes or no!”
The trial focused on an abortion obtained by Carol Howard at Pendergraft’s Orlando Women’s Center. She was given RU486 by a medical assistant when it should never have been given to her. The drug is meant to end early pregnancies, typically 4-7 weeks. Howard was 22.3 weeks along. After that, every two hours she was given exceedingly high doses of Cyotec which irritates the cervix causing bleeding and facilitates dilation; according to Howard’s attorney, the Cyotec exceeded the standard dosage 50 times. This caused spontaneous labor to happen right away, and when Ms. Howard asked for pain medication she was told by medical assistants to go walk her labor off outside in the parking lot, and if she didn’t like it she could leave. During this entire time, no doctor was present. This violated the abortion industry’s NAF guidelines and Florida State Law which states that a doctor must be present for the abortion and cannot leave the premises. Nurses were not present either, just medical assistants. This is the same parking lot we stood feet from with the help from an adjacent chiropractor’s office who allows pro-lifers to stand and sidewalk counsel abortion-bound women quietly as they walk their labors out behind the bungalow-looking slaughterhouse.
Ms. Howard did leave and went home. She lay on the floor doubling over in labor before calling 911. She was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital where she delivered her baby. This baby survived the abortion, otherwise known as a “botched abortion”. This little girl suffered severe lifetime disabilities from this horrific abortion; her name is Jordan. This truly was a crime against humanity.
The jury saw through the lies, and when the first judgment of approximately $19 million was handed out on July 21st, the final juror to okay the decision emphatically stated, “Absolutely!” With punitive damages added, it ended up being over $36 million awarded! PTL! The jurors were also able to listen to Pendergraft’s accomplice in crime, abortionist Randall Whitney’s deposition where he cavalierly stated that, “Yes, babies are delivered in the toilet all the time and many times are still alive, wiggling around in the toilet. What he didn’t say is that he would pick them up out of the toilet and do what the law tells him to do: do everything you can to help save the life of the viable child.
During the closing arguments to the jury, Carol Howard’s attorney was sharp and right to the point when she stated, “He (Pendergraft) has an abortion dynasty around the state of Florida. He only cares about money, and I say hit him where it hurts!” And hit him where it hurts is what happened: $36,737,660.16. SWEET!
I never thought our t-shirt stating: “ Visualize abortionists on trial” would come true, but slowly and surely, it is. The media won’t print a word, which shows how much they care about women and so-called healthcare...THEY DON’T. We have butchers setting up chop shops across our nation, unsafe and unregulated, and the pro-aborts shaking their wire hangers in our faces screaming, “No more!”  But the only way the public is made aware of shoddy cutlery habits and substandard conditions inside abortion mills is through the watchmen on the walls. Where’s the outcry? If this were a puppy mill operating under the same gulag standards it would be shut down in a matter of minutes. Nowadays, it seems with so many lawsuits filed against abortionists for malpractice and negligence, and in some cases wrongful death, a coat hanger might be safer.
“The abortion clinics never accept any responsibility for complications. They just say it was not their fault. The concern is not the patient at this time. The concern is with taking care of the doctor and keeping his reputation and the clinic’s [reputation] clean.” ~Carol Everett, former abortion clinic director

“Derek Jeter Hit’s 3000th Home Run While Small Victories Marks 4000th Baby Rescued & Saved “

SATURDAY, JULY 9th
America’s favorite pastime, hitting homeruns before thousands of fans and spectators while we were sizzling on the sidewalks catching those babies scheduled to die this
hot summer day with a handful of prayer warriors praying on.

Sure I love to sit in the stands munching on a Nathan’s hotdog enjoying the boys of summer, but there is a mission field where innocent little people are being cut down in the killing fields of Granite City, Illinois. Gay deathscorts were on hand led by the infamous lesbian professor Sabrina Worsham and homosexual escort Jeff Farris. We watched them walk a good distance from the mill onto the private parking lot of the collaborator hospital, Gateway Regional, to retrieve a bi-racial couple scheduled to abort their baby. We softly offered them free help and pointed to the ultrasound van as they approached the perimeter of the slaughterhouse. She peered over, but the female   deathscort tried to distract her. Eventually, they went inside. We kept working the sidewalks and praying. We just spoke to our first save confirming they were keeping their baby. When I looked over and saw the couple walk back out into the alley, we met them. I asked the young girl if we could give them our brochure and offered to help them. Both looked confused. We again pointed to the van and I asked her, “Can I show you a picture of your baby?” She looked up; I asked her, “Did they let you see it?” “No,” she said. “They turned the screen away and told me how much it would cost.”Would you like to see?” I shook the young man’s hand, told him my name, and brought them inside our pregnancy van. Stan helped me cool and set it up.
She started to tear up. “It’s okay. You’re safe in here.” Her husband, Matt, said, “She came running down those stairs to get out.” It’s okay honey.” Brittney then said, I saw you out here and a Bible. After the ultrasound I kept thinking, ‘This is wrong.’ Before they took me in the room I ran out looking for you people.” “And here we are in this heat.”  I apologized for the current heat wave we are enduring, but hopefully the van would cool down soon. We scanned. BAM! On the screen appeared an approx 7.5 week old baby floating in an ocean of amniotic fluid.
“Oh my, there is the heartbeat.”
We could see it flashing on the screen. “He or she has a swimmer’s stroke,” as we viewed the baby doing sidestrokes to impress us. They then shared their situation and why they thought abortion was their only answer. After explaining our ministry outreach and all the resources we can help them with, Matt exclaimed, “Wow, we didn’t realize there was people like you out here. Thank you!”
Brittney promised to follow-up with her own physician and to keep us updated in order to meet them with the baby supplies they would need. As we were documenting this visit, we realized, “Oh my, Brittney, this is so special! You my dear are our ministry’s 4000th saved baby.”Really?” she and Matt smiled. I continued, “This is really special. I never thought we could save one baby, let alone 4000, in the past eleven years that we have kept records. We have actually been here ministering for 19 years daily, helping mothers and their babies so that abortion is not their only choice.” “We are very thankful for you being here,” Matt added. Brittney turned, gave me a big hug, and whispered, “Thank you.”
We shared the great news with prayer warriors remaining in the heat. They were encouraged and offered to help with this couple also. As we walked them to their car, Brittney shared a past physical affliction she was concerned with. We encouraged her to get a second opinion. We then stopped by their car, and Miss Donna led in prayer for healing and protection over this family and the situation as they journeyed back home with the news of their family expansion. I reached in my pocket and removed the donation Fr. Gene had blessed us with earlier this morning. “Miss Brittney, please take this and get some breakfast or lunch as you travel back home.” I handed her the money. “Oh no, I can’t take that from you.” “Yes, God tells us to bless others.” “No, no, you are the one who has been helping us,” she said. “No Brittney,  you have been a blessing to us by saving your baby.”  She took the donation, thanked us again, and we watched them drive away.
As we walked back to the steamy sidewalk, the prayer warriors stood waiting to hear any news. I walked over to the rosary group and shared; a loud cheer went up. The rosary leader went on to say, “Just think about all the babies you don’t even know about Angela that you have saved.” It’s this good news that encourages the troops, especially when we are standing day in and day out in this unbearable heat. This just reaffirms why we commit our lives for the babies and their mothers. “It’s not a job, it’s a passion,” and with that Miss Donna sealed it with an, “AMEN.”

Children are Disposable…Inside and Outside of the Womb" Casey Anthony Found Not Guilty!

Unbelievable! Stunned! Casey Anthony found Not Guilty in the premeditated murder of her toddler.
  Tuesday,  July 5th
The Casey Anthonys of our world do this everyday inside abortion mills…are they any less guilty than she? This is the way society feels about children, born or unborn. If a woman can decide her child’s fate in the womb, she has full legal protection to decide it out of the womb, as the Casey Anthony trial has proven. The prosecution did an excellent job during the trial, and closing arguments were riveting. When the public was polled on her fate, most, if not all, responded guilty, and yet a group of her peers decided in ten hours that she did nothing wrong except tell some lies and was less than truthful to investigators.. Not even aggravated child abuse was she found guilty of. This just proves what we, the Church of Jesus Christ, have been witnessing and saying; we are a savage nation; we have been sowing bloodshed in the womb and reaping it in the streets. So, why wouldn’t a jury find her guilty of murdering her child when throughout the trial so much evidence said differently; i.e.. the smell of a dead body in the car as reported by her own mother to police; Caylee was missing for over 30 days while her mother Casey was documented partying and getting tattoos celebrating her beautiful life and freedom; her narcissistic attitude; chloroform searches on the computer while her mother was at work; lie after lie; and no accountability. Caylee was an inconvenience just like most babies scheduled to die at the local abortion facilities, they are unwanted. This is how society and their parent view them. Abortion is so acceptable why would manslaughter be any less?

Today, there is no justice for children, inside or outside of the womb. There was no justice for little Caylee Marie. Yes, our government and our nation has the biggest police forces and our courts have the best legal system, and yet they cannot protect or bring justice to those weakest among us...children and babies. Our nation’s hands are so full of innocent blood that apathy and complacency has taken over and righteousness stands at a distance. There is no accountability for the murderers who walk among us. The only commandment this nation can seem to keep is "Don't Judge," but Jesus said in John 7:24 "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment." Understand, Caylee didn’t die a natural death, just like preborn babies at our abortion mills. She, like they, was murdered at the hands of the one most entrusted to her care and welfare, her mother. Outrage is pouring into the streets of Orlando, some saying, “we don’t want murderers walking our streets!" Good, maybe people will become so incensed that they will connect the dots between Abortion and Manslaughter. 2 Chronicles 19:6-7 "Consider carefully what you do because you are not judging for man but for the Lord, who is with you whenever you give a verdict. Judge carefully, for with the Lord our God, there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”

“A society is ultimately judged by how it treats its’ weakest and most vulnerable members”
Where is the justice for Caylee and those yet to be born?
We are their voice, and that voice cries out for JUSTICE!
